In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "jet9a", "we", "us", "our" refers to the jet9a platform and its operating entity, accessible at jet9a.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jet9a platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player on the jet9a platform.
• "Platform" refers to the jet9a website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, payment systems, and all associated services accessible at jet9a.io.
• "Taka Wallet" / "Balance" means the Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) denominated funds held in a Player's jet9a Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, or matched deposit funds credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposited funds in a Player's Account that are not subject to bonus wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they may be converted to Real Money Funds and withdrawn.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), which is the reference time zone for all platform operations, scheduled events, and support availability.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the jet9a platform and must not create or continue to maintain an Account.

jet9a reserves the right to require you to re-confirm your acceptance of these Terms at any time. Failure to confirm acceptance when requested may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your Account.

Access to jet9a is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. jet9a enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all accounts without exception.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the jet9a platform, whether voluntarily through self-exclusion or by action of jet9a.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jet9a or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.

jet9a employs automated and manual age verification procedures. Any attempt to circumvent age verification checks — including the use of false documentation — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only on the jet9a platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid mobile number, and a unique password. You must keep your registration information up to date at all times by contacting support if any details change.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your Account credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access or use your Account.
• You must notify jet9a immediately via live chat if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• jet9a will never ask for your bKash PIN, Nagad PIN, or mobile banking passwords. Do not disclose these to any person claiming to represent jet9a.

jet9a reserves the right to decline any Account registration application or to close an existing Account at its sole discretion, with or without providing a reason, provided that any Real Money Funds balance is returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

All financial transactions on the jet9a platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jet9a supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. Bank transfer options are available for supported banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are typically credited to your jet9a Taka Wallet within 60 seconds of confirmation. jet9a does not charge fees on deposits, however your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–4 hours for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank. All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the jet9a compliance team.
• jet9a reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are only permitted after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied.
• jet9a is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or technical interruptions outside of our control.

jet9a offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section and any additional promotion-specific terms published at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of a conflict, promotion-specific terms take precedence.

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed Account registration and, where applicable, met the minimum deposit requirement specified in the promotion terms.
• Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times via multiple accounts will result in cancellation of all bonus funds and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements, which will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period; uncompleted wagering requirements cause the bonus and any associated winnings to expire.
• jet9a reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited and in the process of being wagered will be honoured under the original terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash without first satisfying the applicable Wagering Requirement.
• jet9a's decision on all matters relating to bonuses and promotions is final.

All bets placed on the jet9a platform are subject to the specific game or sport rules applicable to that product, which are displayed within the relevant game interface or sportsbook market. The following general rules apply to all betting activity on jet9a:

• Bets are only valid once they have been confirmed by the jet9a system and a confirmation reference has been issued. Bets that have not been confirmed due to a technical error or connectivity issue are not valid.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed in the betting interface at the time of bet placement. jet9a reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
• For cricket and other sports markets, in the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules published for that event.
• In the event of a manifest error in odds or game outcomes — including errors caused by technical malfunction, human error, or data feed failure — jet9a reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion.
• jet9a's settlement of all bets and game outcomes is final, subject only to formal dispute resolution as described in Section 13.

For live in-play betting on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket markets, bets are accepted up to the point at which the relevant event market is suspended. jet9a reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jet9a platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of any other individual.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or for the transfer of funds derived from illegal sources.
• Employing any software, bot, script, automated system, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform in a manner not sanctioned by jet9a.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability in the platform — any such vulnerability must be reported to jet9a support immediately.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to access accounts belonging to other players or attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gambling entertainment.

All content on the jet9a platform — including but not limited to the jet9a brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, graphics, game content, text, software, and all associated intellectual property — is the property of jet9a or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the jet9a platform without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the platform.
• Use the jet9a brand name, logo, or any derivative thereof in any manner not expressly authorised by jet9a.
• Frame or mirror any part of the jet9a platform on any other website or digital property.

Game content provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is subject to their own licensing terms in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jet9a's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or the use of the platform, shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

jet9a shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages of any kind.
• Platform unavailability or service interruption due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, third-party infrastructure failure, or circumstances beyond jet9a's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to secure their Account credentials or from unauthorised access to a Player's Account where jet9a has not been negligent.
• Decisions, outcomes, or settlement of bets made on the basis of information provided by third-party data feeds that subsequently prove inaccurate.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude jet9a's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

jet9a is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling for all players on the platform. Gambling is a form of entertainment and should always be approached as such. If gambling stops being enjoyable, it is important to seek help promptly.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all jet9a Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 7 days.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure time alerts that notify them after a specified period of continuous play.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request the withdrawal of any Real Money Funds balance in your Account before the revised Terms take effect.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the governing law applicable to the jet9a operating entity's jurisdiction of incorporation.

In the event that you have a complaint or dispute relating to your Account, a bet settlement, a payment, or any other aspect of the jet9a platform, the following process applies:
